These lovingly handmade Mince Pies are made with a beautifully buttery pastry using Wildfarmed cake flour and filled with a rich, fruity and zesty filling. The secret to their success is handmade shortcrust pastry and a mincemeat filling recipe made with grated apple from Acre Farm's own orchard. 

For a special sweet and savoury treat, Emily and Alex recommend gently removing the top, dropping in some sharp blue cheese, and replacing the top before finally warming in the oven. 

Baked fresh from their wood-fired, micro-bakery oven on the farm.

Specialising in small batch sourdough bread making, all Acre Farm's bakes are baked in their wood-fired oven, fired by their own wood collected from the farm. Alex and Emily use the very best ingredients, including Wildfarmed flour, made from a diverse variety of wheat grown alongside a variety of plants, grasses, and legumes. This method of growing provides a nutty, depth of flavour full of nutrition, not available from a single strain, while constantly improving the soil in which they are grown.
