Having tried enough honey to make even Augustus Gloop feel like's he's had enough sugar, we can finally say we've settled on the one that we love the most. Now, BlackBee have a wonderful collection of different seasonal honeys from their mercurial army of keepers. However, the Autumnal Honey - produced by Nick up in Yorkshire - is a perfect combination of sweet without being sickly, but with the slightest suggestion of heather to give it a beautiful fragrant taste and smell. We've slathered it all over the Dingely Dell Ham this year, but feel free to use it wherever and whenever you please.
