While simple in their nature, an incredible roast potato can become the defining part of your Christmas dish. That's why we've partnered with our mates at Foskett's Farm to use their Baltic Rose potatoes. Being naturally low in starch, they are one of the best varieties for fluffy potatoes - making them soft on the inside and crunchy on the out. Taking them to the very peak of their potential is the addition of The Suffolk's Garlic & Herb Butter which we roast the potatoes in for the last 15 minutes - adding an additional flavour to your plate.

- 200g of Garlic & Parsley Butter from The Suffolk
